2009 YONEX SUNRISE Super Series Finals begins today at the Johol Baru Indoor Stadium in Malaysia. This finals total prize money would be US$500,000.

In this finals, the world top players qualified are divided in two group, group A and B. After the competing in each group, two top players and pairs will advance into semi-finals.

The draws of the finals are released yesterday. In the men’s singles, Yonex sponsored players Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia and Peter Gade of Denmark were seeded No.1 and 2 respectively and they are separated into two groups. In the women’s singles, Yonex sponsored player Saina Nehwal of India was also seeded No.1.
